Valspar Trade launches New Website

Valspar Trade is excited to announce the launch of its new website, which offers the trade a more engaging and user-friendly experience. Visitors to valspartrade.co.uk will be able to browse the brand’s new and improved product range, read product reviews, sign up to the Perfect Match community, enter competitions and much more. 

Designed with the trade in mind, Valspar Trade’s new website also covers the latest news, colour advice, promotions and directly links to the B&Q and TradePoint store finder, Valspar Trade’s exclusive distributors.

Those who work in the trade can sign up to The Perfect Match via the website, for a host of benefits all focused on achieving that perfect match for their customer – whether that’s finding an exact colour match, or a complementary colour scheme. Freebies include unique codes that enable customers to order colour chips for free from the Valspar website (usually £5/€5), money-off vouchers to spend in store at TradePoint and a quarterly trends e-newsletter.

What’s more, following the success of Valspar Trade’s college tour, which aims to inspire and educate the future generation of painters and decorators, the website has a dedicated page for colleges to register their interest in having a colour workshop delivered to their students. The workshop covers how paint is manufactured, the technicalities of colour matching and gives an introduction to colour psychology. The engaging workshop also includes product demos and an interactive quiz – plus all students take away a goodie bag that includes branded merchandise and a 2.5ltr paint voucher.

Speaking on the launch, Laura Hettenbach, Senior Trade Brands Campaign Manager at Sherwin-Williams, said: “In October, we launched our new and improved range, so we thought it was only fitting to give them a new home online. Our new website delivers a better user experience for trade customers, with more useful content designed to give a much better insight into Valspar Trade’s offerings and products. Those in the trade will now also be able to directly contact their local Trade Sales Specialists (TSS) for decorating business needs, expert product knowledge and training opportunities, as we now have a contact details page for our TSSs. We are thrilled with the new website!”
