tesa, a leading global adhesive tape manufacturer, recently celebrated 10 years’ attendance at the National Painting & Decorating Show and the company has continued to demonstrate its commitment to providing ‘the right product for the job’ to P & D professionals and DIYers alike.
The National Painting and Decorating Show, held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, is the biggest annual trade show for the painting and decorating industry in the UK. tesa took this year’s event as a chance to demo their latest innovative products including tesa 4333 Precision Mask® Sensitive, tesa 4334 Precision Mask® Indoor and tesa 4440 Precision Mask® Outdoor tapes, developed to respond to the professionals’ need for quality.
Visitors to the tesa stand had the opportunity to watch multiple live demonstrations and even participate in a hands-on experience of masking and painting on a purpose-built door. Jason Ebers, tesa’s in house trainer, was on hand to provide masterclasses on both days of the event, allowing visitors to see the quality of finish they can expect when using tesa product ranges in the future.
Donna Smith, Trade Marketing Manager, is confident those who picked up samples from the stand will be impressed, saying
“Just when we thought we couldn’t be busier on the stand, we were, seeing new decorators that hadn’t heard about or used our tape, decorators that had heard about it but never used it and loyal fans of tesa masking tape that won’t use anything else. We strongly believe once you have used our tapes they will never look back, this was the case for existing tape users”.
tesa took the opportunity to launch a new competition during the show, a decision which has proved very popular among customers already. The prize on offer is to win one of three tesa branded systainer’s, each full of tape and essentials worth up to £100. The winners can expect to find products from the tesa Easy Cover® range, Precision Mask ®, Crack Cover ®, Masking for Curves ®, general purpose masking tapes, Orange masking for rough surfaces and much more inside.
To enter, visitors simply had to collect a free sample from the stand and tweet a photo of themselves using the tape along with the hashtag #tesaSystainer.
Those that did not attend the show can still be in with a chance of winning by uploading tesa tape related photos using the hashtag #tesaSystainer or emailing a photo to [email protected].
Three winners will be selected at random on Jan 5th 2018.
