Dulux has launched a brand new website for its Dulux Select Decorators scheme – bringing a host of benefits to its members and the general public alike.
The existing site was transformed at the end of 2019 into a state-of-the-art platform that makes it simpler than ever for homeowners to discover a Dulux Select Decorator in their area.
At the same time, functionality was improved for Dulux Select Decorators themselves who can now build a bespoke profile, featuring details on key skills and accreditations held alongside customer reviews and a gallery of work.
The refresh is proving even more valuable as the trade was hit hard by Coronavirus. Recent Dulux research found that activity in the domestic decorating sector has fallen by 77 per cent.*
But, as lockdown begins to lift and the nation gradually returns to work, the updated website is helping its highly-skilled Select Decorators be re-start ready.
Aimed at assisting customers in making the right choice when looking for a trusted professional to come into their homes, the homepage showcases a selection of Dulux Select Decorators on rotation, with easy to use search functionality to find a local decorator by town or postcode.
Dulux Select Decorators is a group of over 575 experienced decorators who have passed a comprehensive workmanship assessment, with Dulux guaranteeing their work for two years after completion.
Professional decorators can only apply to join the scheme once they’ve been a painter and decorator for three years and have run a successful business for at least a year, ensuring that Dulux is carefully selecting from the best in the trade
